  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form - we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • I use Headway for billing most insurance plans. I also offer self-pay options. My team can guide you through coverage and billing questions.

  • Initial appointments are 90 minutes, allowing ample time for patients to share their story, discuss concerns, and develop rapport. Follow-ups are 30 or 50 minutes, giving time to review progress and adjust care plans. I prioritize patient-centered, unhurried care.

    Arrival Instructions:

    • Take the elevator to the 6th floor.

    • Turn left when you exit; you will see the Regus offices, where my office is located.

    Check-In:

    • Before 5:30 PM: The receptionist, will notify me of your arrival.

    • After 5:30 PM: Please wait in the chairs across from the elevator, and I will come get you.

    Parking: Free parking is available in the lot.

  • I provide secure telehealth sessions via SimplePractice.

    Before your appointment:

    • Check your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop) with camera/microphone.

    • Download the SimplePractice app if using a phone or tablet.

    • Ensure a strong internet connection.

    • Complete any required forms in the Client Portal.

    • Choose a private, quiet space and have your ID and questions ready.

    Joining your session:

    • Log in 5–10 minutes early via the portal or app.

    • Click “Join Video Session” and allow camera/microphone access.

    Technical issues:

    • Refresh the browser or restart the app.

    • Check camera/microphone permissions.
