Practice Psychiatry Differently

Nourished Mind Psychiatry is growing, and we're looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who shares our belief that excellent mental health care means looking at the whole person-not simply a diagnosis or a medication list.

We are currently seeking a PMHNP to join our practice in Littleton, Colorado, with both part-time and full-time W-2 opportunities available.

New graduates and experienced PMHNPs are encouraged to apply.

A Different Approach to Psychiatric Care

At Nourished Mind Psychiatry, we combine thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care with an integrative approach to mental health.

We recognize that mental health can be influenced by many interconnected factors—including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, relationships, medical conditions, metabolic health, and lifestyle.

Medication can be an incredibly valuable part of treatment, but we don't believe it should be the only tool we consider.

Our goal is to understand the person behind the symptoms and create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements in their mental health.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a PMHNP who is:

  • Warm, compassionate, and able to build meaningful therapeutic relationships

  • Curious about the underlying contributors to psychiatric symptoms

  • Thoughtful and intentional about psychiatric prescribing

  • Interested in integrative, functional, nutritional, or lifestyle approaches to mental health

  • Evidence-minded and committed to safe, ethical care

  • Independent while still valuing collaboration and clinical consultation

  • Excited about growing professionally within a small private practice

New Graduates Welcome

We welcome applications from new graduate PMHNPs as well as experienced providers.

For newer PMHNPs, we offer mentorship and clinical consultation as you develop your skills and confidence as an independent provider.

For experienced PMHNPs, this is an opportunity to practice with greater autonomy in an environment that prioritizes thoughtful, individualized patient care over high-volume medication management.
